Q:To which countries do you deliver to? A: The current freight rates are base on the departure
from China and destination countries/territories in zone 6 and zone 7. Meanwhile, we could deliver to any countries that
the carrier reaches, but there will be extra freight to charge from you.

Q: What if the outfit doesn't fit? Can I return custom-made outfit for a refund? A: Apart from products in Accessories sections, each tailored products is specially made for you according to
your personal specifications, so we're very regretfull that we can not offer you a return service. However, if there's
any problem in quality, we can offer you an alternation or exchange. of course, all ChineseTailorShop's products are checked
for quality before delivery.
Q: How do I cancel order? A: You may cancel order anytime before you make
the payment. Once we receive the payment, we consider the order is confirmed, and we will process it for you right away if
there's no problem with the measurements you submitted. If cancellation happens during the processing period, you
may recieve some shipping fee or tailoring fee back base on different production stage.
Q: What benefit do I receive if I refer you new clients? A: You will receive points by referring
us new clients. 5% of your referral's order value will be counted as your points. The points
will be convert to coupon value that you can use to make deduction to your next order. For example, you referred 5
friends to order from us, each person's order value is €100, you willl recieve 25 points which equals
to €25.
